Mel is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of MW Enterprises LLC including acquisitions, financing, management, and development. She has acquired and developed a residential, commercial, and multi-family portfolio exceeding $25MM in value since founding the company in 2011.

Mel is deeply involved in all aspects of deal sourcing, deal structuring, and development programming. She is focused on creative development strategies and building stronger communities. She is heavily sought after in speaking and coaching in real estate investing and acquisition, development, and property management.
